Collar Styles Available:

Martingale: Limited Slip Martingales consist of a control loop either made of fabric and webbing or a chain. The control loop is designed to tighten when the dog pulls and tighten slightly around the dogs neck to ensure that the dog does not slip out of the collar. The body of the collar is adjustable. If you need help with sizing, please send me a message. Martingales do not have a buckle and slips over the dogs head. If you would like a buckle added to your martingale, please add this option to your cart from the ADD ON: section.

Buckle: A buckle collar is what many people refer to as a regular dog collar. A flat collar. This type of collar has a side release buckle, an adjuster and a welded metal d-ring.

All collars are made with high quality materials. We use super strong polypropylene webbing on the inside and cute and modern fabric reinforced with interfacing for added durability on the outside. 

Hardware:

Plastic Buckle Collars: Plastic hardware includes premium YKK plastic buckles, black plastic adjuster and metal welded D ring.
Metal Buckle Collars: Silver or Brass (select sizes only) Metal hardware includes metal buckle, metal adjuster and metal welded D ring.
Martingale (limited slip) Collars: Premium Metal Hardware including metal tri-glides and metal welded D ring. Fabric/Webbing Control Loop or Chain. Our martingales come standard with a webbing/fabric control loop. Please choose the chain option if desired.

All of our collars are sewn on an industrial machine using strong bonded nylon thread.

EMBROIDERY: We offer the option to add embroidery to your collar. Please see photos for details. Please do not forget to fill out all the required fields in the personalization box if this is an option you choose.
We require your dogs neck size in inches or cm. This helps us place the embroidery so that the adjuster doesn't block it when sized to your dog. If this is not provided, we will not be able to refund or exchange the collar if the adjuster blocks the embroidery.

ADD ON OPTIONS:

Add ons include but are not limited to: 2nd dring for martingales, buckle on martingale, matching snap on bandana, matching leash, etc. You can choose these on this listing!

Each of our products is handmade in a smoke-free home under the supervision of our 3 dogs who have also tested and approved them for style and durability.

Please ensure to measure your dogs or cats neck before choosing a size, we will no longer be accepting returns for wrong sizes. Each collar is handmade just for you to the size you select.

Shipping:
In Canada: We offer free standard shipping (lettermail) on all Canadian orders. This does not include tracking. If you would like tracking, choose a shipping upgrade at checkout. If you choose the standard shipping method, we will not be able to track your package and are not liable for any lost packages.

International: All international shipping rates vary on location. Please see rates at checkout. Please note: Tracking is not automatically added to packages in Canada - this is an add on. Please make sure to upgrade at check out if you would like this option. If tracking is not chosen at check out, we will be unable to track your package and tell you where it is or when it will arrive. We will not be liable for lost packages.

Although all of our collars are made to last, no collar is indestructible. Please check for wear and tear of your collar regularly and replace when necessary. Upon receiving the collar, its use is in the full responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the suitability of the collar per their pet. A collar should never be worn when an animal is unsupervised. Not recommended for tie outs or pulling. As any fabric item, it will wear over time. These collars are fashion accessories.
